Establish and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders. Plan, mobilize, and deliver multiple work streams of large-scale initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits. Ensure adoption and deployment of change frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to maintain alignment with the wider change portfolio and organizational strategy, values, and behaviours. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions. Understanding of banking, financial services, and/or shared services organizations. Proven experience in delivering significant change and collaborating with stakeholders in multiple locations. Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies; working knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Self-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including virtual meeting facilitation. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile PM) are an advantage.
