Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects across countries or regions., Strong understanding of the banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizations., Proven experience delivering significant change and working with stakeholders in multiple locations.Hands-on experience managing projects in Agile, including working knowledge of Jira and Confluence., Self-driven, able to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills., Strong written and verbal communication skills in English., Experience running meetings in English via video or teleconference., Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and governance., Knowledge of MS Office and project management tools., Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile PM) are an advantage.
