In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and operations leadership to develop AI-powered solutions that create the world’s best AI home assessor. What You’ll Do- Analyze and improve the home assessment process using 500+ property data points and millions of transactions.- Build dashboards, metrics, and models to spot issues, automate workflows, and boost efficiency.- Collaborate daily with teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure data-driven improvements.- Monitor model accuracy, conduct A/B tests, and report insights to leadership.- Drive building evals for AI products -Be a founding Data team member for Poland office and help drive data-led culture What You’ll Need 5+ years experience in analytics or data science (Python, SQL, statistics). Prior work in tech, marketplace operations, or real estate preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings clearly.
