ResponsibilitiesYou will join our ERP team, working on the development, customization, and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) solutions for one of Europe’s largest retailers.Our setup is characterized by close collaboration between developers, product owners, and business analysts, working in agile release cycles to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that support critical business processes in finance, supply chain, logistics, and retail.In your role, you will:Design, develop, and extend D365FO modules using X++Work with tables, classes, forms, reports (SSRS/Electronic Reporting), and data entitiesCustomize standard functionalities and implement new features in alignment with business requirementsUse Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshootingCollaborate in the D365FO Development Environment (Visual Studio, Application Explorer)Integrate D365FO with external systems using Data Entities, OData, Webservices, Logic AppsWork with the Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration and integrationCollaborate in an agile environment with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) for CI/CDEnsure quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and documentationActively contribute to product design and solution discussions with product owners and analystsQualificationsSeveral years of professional experience as a D365FO Developer with in-depth knowledge of X++Strong understanding of D365FO architecture and data modelProficiency in SQL with experience optimizing database performanceExperience with Azure DevOps and version control (Git)Familiarity with data integration and migration using DMF and related technologiesStrong quality awareness, including testing, documentation, and adherence to coding standardsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile, international setupCalm, structured, and solution-oriented mindset – you take ownership even in complex environmentsFluent English and Polish (written and spoken)Candidates with relevant Microsoft AX development experience are also welcomeNice to Have Fluent German (written and spoken)Experience with Azure platform integrationsIndustry knowledge in retail or logisticsRelevant Microsoft Dynamics 365FO certificationsExperience in multi-country or global implementationsDevelop yourself and the digital future – at Reply!Reply is made up of a network of highly specialised companies, which support leading industrial groups in defining and developing business models to optimise and integrate processes, applications and devices, using new technology and communication paradigms, such as Artificial Intelligence; Big Data; Cloud Computing; Digital Communication; Internet of Things; Mobile and Social Networking.
