We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who genuinely cares about customers and their experience with the Autenti platform and our services.At Autenti, great customer support starts with communication. We value emotional intelligence, empathy and active listening - simple things that make a real difference in working with customers.What we expect from youExperience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or e-commerce environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling customer requestsGerman at a professional working level (spoken and written)English at a minimum B2 levelAbility to explain complex issues in a clear, simple and understandable waySkill in translating technical language into everyday, user-friendly communicationYour responsibilitiesSupporting customers in discovering and using the features of our SaaS platformResolving customer issues via email, chat and phoneActively contributing to improving customer service standardsIdentifying root causes of reported issues and collaborating with internal teams to eliminate themCreating and maintaining articles for our knowledge baseNice to haveBasic knowledge of Postman and APIsWhat we offerA supportive, experienced team you can always rely onFull onboarding and work in a small, close-knit support teamEmployment contract (UoP) Multisport card and private medical careFully remote work or hybrid model in Kraków or WarsawPaid on-call duties outside standard working hours, based on a predefined schedule
