B2/C1 level English, additional language is a plus., Experience as a Customer Success Manager of minimum 2 years., Customer Communication & Relationship Building – Strong verbal and written communication to engage with customers effectively., Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze customer issues and escalate when necessary., Product Knowledge & Customer Empathy – Understanding company products/services to guide customers, understanding customers’ business needs., Time Management & Prioritization – Handling multiple customer interactions efficiently., CRM & Data Management – Basic experience with CRM tools and tracking customer interactions., Experience in SaaS, technology or B2B industries.
