Wymagania
Availability to work from the office located in Katowice, Ukrainian skills - minimum C1, English skills - minimum B2 (both verbal and written), Experience in customer service or similar work is preferred, Excellent computer skills, Availability for shift work: Monday - Friday 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00 (work 5 days a week, only 3 weekend days a month), Previous experience in customer service support
