ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of Customer Service Specialist with German or Dutch (Supply Chain) Key Responsibilities:Checking the invoices in the invoice pool for correctness, creation of invoicesfor material purchased from another millCompletion of the monthly closing; preparation and verification of all invoices; verification of the settlement of the withdrawal of consignment stocks;verification and posting of forced invoices; transfer IUC; release of credit and debit notes;Exchange with Sales Agency when the send orders are not equal with the origin customer ordersForwarding the Call-Offs from the customer to DispatchCheck with Qualitiy Department whether material can be reallocated; booking of reallocation, forwarding of information to Dispatch, warehouse and Customer Consulting and ServiceAnnealing planning; planning the quantities that need to be annealed, creating a planning list with corresponding priorities, sending the list to the after-treatment company;exchange with the supplier in case of questions or problems; tracking the annealing dates and comparing with the requested customer dates; financial audit Our expectation:Logistics KnowledgeAnalytical skillsStrong IT skills: proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Fluency in German or Dutch and EnglishOpenness for hybrid model of work (4 days during the week from the office in Dąbrowa Górnicza or Kraków)
