At least 1 year of experience in customer care, sales suport or back office role, Native Polish speaker with English language at communicative level, Intermediate user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, High attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation and data, Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external stakeholders
