Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field., Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in financial accounting or reporting, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment., Practical understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles., Experience with Group reporting or consolidation activities, including journal entries and reporting validations., Hands-on experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, BPC, BW, BI)., Strong Excel skills and fluency in English (C1)., ACCA/CIMA is an asset., Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work confidently with complex financial data., Strong sense of ownership, able to manage deadlines effectively while remaining flexible in a dynamic. environment with changing priorities., Creative and enthusiastic, continuously seeking opportunities to improve ways of working and optimize processes., Curious, proactive, and motivated to develop skills, including gaining hands-on experience in project work and system implementation activities.
