Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEThis role is a hybrid of an SME in the client device management area  that is closely collaborating with the client and a Team Lead that will be driving a small run operation team.YOUR TASKS team Lead of client device management run operation team client facing SME for Asset and SIM card topics - close collaboration with the clients managing the team for procurement of new hardware, device management, maintenance of CMDB review and contribution in high level design documents ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards keeping SLA's and KPI's in the agreed threshold identifying automation opportunities evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions responsible for physical storage location and storing center  close collaboration with field support and on-site support regarding hardware delivery  YOUR PROFILE experience in project management would be an advantage good communication and interpersonal skills. proficiency in reporting analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude ITIL experience  German language - is a must good command of English language WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Well-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
