Opis stanowiska

Wymagania

Programmatic Foundation: 2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic campaign management. Proficiency with DSPs and comfort learning new platforms/tools quickly (agency or tech platform background preferred), AdTech Experience: Proficiency in leading DSPs. You are comfortable with technical troubleshooting and platform configurations, Data Literacy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions, Proficient client facing skills & communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both internal and external counterparts. You are able to present, influence, and negotiate, Languages: Advanced English (C1) and fluent Polish are mandatory, Nice to Have: Proficiency in Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRM systems. Experience in bridging CRM data with programmatic audiences is a major plus, Strategic thinking: ability to plan and execute account plans that drive growth and revenue
