Chocolate Product Developer (m/f) – lead medium‑size reformulation projects for chocolate flavours across Europe, run pilot‑plant trials, support procurement, develop specs, collaborate with SMEs. Requires university degree in Food Tech/Engineering/Chemistry, 1‑2 y food industry experience, SAP knowledge, English fluency, ability to work independently.
University degree in Food Technology or Engineering, Chemistry or related area, 1-2 years of experience in food industry, Chocolate, sensory, PLM, spec management system, SAP knowledge would be appreciated, Fluency in English required, other language skills (Polish) are beneficial, General knowledge of food manufacturing technologies, ingredients and technical curiosity, ability to operate or to learn fast how to operate pilot plant equipment, Good project management and negotiation skills, Enthusiasm and full accountability for the results, self-standing, open and ready to learn on the job, Can do attitude, thinking out of the box, creativity and happy to take up the challenges, Ability to work independently in a diverse and international environment
