What Makes You a GR8 Fit: 5+ years of experience in senior architectural or engineering leadership roles (Chief Architect, Lead Architect, Principal Engineer, Head of Architecture); Proven expertise building and scaling large, distributed, cloud-native systems (AWS / GCP / Azure); Strong command of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, C4), system design, and modern engineering principles; Deep understanding of security, high availability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency; Experience defining architectural standards and building effective governance processes; Strategic mindset: ability to connect architectural decisions to business strategy and long-term value; Strong leadership: mentoring architects, influencing engineering teams, driving alignment across domains; Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms; Passion for innovation, modernization, and building scalable, resilient technology ecosystems.
