Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment, Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci), Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools, Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives, Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment, Fluent English, both written and spoken - minimum C1 level
