
Pepco – Biuro (Customer Support Center)
Position: Change and Communication Specialist. Responsibilities include developing change management strategy, creating communication plans, collaborating with HR and IT, and monitoring employee engagement. Requirements: experience in change management, fluent English, communication tools proficiency.
Experience in change management and communication within implementation projects, preferably related to HR or IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage), Practical knowledge of change management methodology, Experience working in an international environment, Fluency in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus), Ability to create engaging communication materials and tailor messaging to different target groups, Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams), Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally, Familiarity with visual and communication tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Sway, Piktochart) to support attractive and engaging communication is a plus
