5+ years of experience in Casualty and/or Professional Indemnity underwriting within mid-sized or industrial corporate insurance, Proven track record in managing profitable underwriting portfolios and strategic initiatives, Deep understanding of liability insurance markets, products, and regulations, University degree in Business, Finance, or related field; professional insurance qualifications preferred, Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, Proactive, independent, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset, Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage
