Experience in gathering requirements and mapping them into IT solutions., Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role ( Business Data Analyst, Business-IT Analyst, or equivalent)., Understanding of commercial business processes (experience in aviation is a plus)., Strong stakeholder management skills., Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities., Ability to work independently and proactively., Creativity with a solution-oriented mindset., High level of data literacy and experience with analytical tools., Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and Tableau., Very good command of English and Polish(B2/C1)., Very good communication skills., University degree in Computer Science or a related field., Readiness to work from the office in Gdańsk min. 2 days a week., Understanding of Revenue Management or Network Management in Lufthansa DWH landscape., General understanding of ETL processes.
