Senior Business Analyst – Job SpecificationWe are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Senior Business Analyst. Collaboration: Work closely with business users and development teams to ensure understanding of requirements. Change Request Discipline: Document and manage change requests. Key Requirements Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments. Expertise in process mapping using Microsoft Visio. Proven stakeholder management skills. Strong requirements elicitation and documentation abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
