We will never sell or share personal information with third parties.  This is a full-time hybrid Business Analyst role based in Gdańsk or Koszalin, with the flexibility to work part-time from home.The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and support project implementation.Daily responsibilities include evaluating business processes, generating reports, and ensuring clear and effective communication between teams and departments.This is a business-focused position responsible for representing, analyzing, and continuously prioritizing organizational needs. Scope of Responsibilities: Analyzing business processes and proposing practical improvements Gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements Preparing clear reports and analytical summaries to support decision-making Collaborating closely with business and technology teams and facilitating communication between them Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommending further enhancements Requirements: Strong analytical skills and practical experience in analyzing business processes and data Proven experience working in project-based environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions, clarify needs, and present conclusions to both business and technical audiences Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive business and functional documentation Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Ability to travel to Koszalin and Gdańsk on a regular basis A general understanding of modern technologies, including AI, is desirable but not mandatory Nice to have: knowledge of the insurance industry, including key processes, terminology, or regulatory landscape Benefits you’ll enjoy:🌎 Work in an international Team👥 a flat organization structure🕰 flexible working hours🏋️ multisport card to help you stay active and healthy📱 modern tech stack - work based on the latest technologies
