We're looking for a Czech/Slovak VIP Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience — especially during night shifts, five days a week with rotating weekends.
Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs
Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Work night shifts (5 PM–2 AM), 5 days/week, including rotating weekends We offer excellent benefits:
