Role in a nutshell:

We're looking for a Finnish & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support in Finnish by email and Live chats;
• Processing with great attention to details and content;
• Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
