We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge Conference Room Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to bring hardware and software solutions to market. This role requires expertise in managing product roadmaps, coordinating development cycles, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Drive the end-to-end execution of Conference Room Products projects from concept to launch.
• Work closely with engineering, design, product management, and manufacturing teams to align development efforts.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate project success.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
