Overview:

As a Product Manager at Precisely, you’ll be a member of our product management team playing a lead role in the successful expansion of our customer engagement products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing feature requirements, tracking and analyzing product performance metrics, and developing go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, boost market adoption, and achieve targeted business outcomes.

What you will do:

• Drive and manage a subset of the Engage innovation plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead decision-making processes for feature prioritization based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review progress, generate insights, and take corrections as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and others to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features.
• Monitor and analyze product analytics, key business performance indicators, customer feedback, and market trends to define opportunities for future enhancements and innovation.
