ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and solving of urgent issues for clients
• Training and providing consultations for clients in the Commerce area
• Designing, configuring systems, adapting modules to client needs
• Creating new solutions
• Creating project documentation, user manuals
• Collaboration with clients
• Close cooperation with the team of developers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce consultant
• Knowledge of methods for collecting, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Communication skills in business relationships and teaching skills necessary for customer contact
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
