We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead the development of a cutting-edge High Voltage Distribution Unit (HVDU) for truck electrification. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a passion for innovative technologies and the electrification of the transportation sector. You will be at the forefront of transforming the heavy-duty truck industry through the introduction of sustainable, high-performance solutions.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of this technical development project by leading a dynamic team and managing various functions, including engineering, purchasing, quality, and more. Your primary goal will be to meet key customer milestones, maintain project timelines, and deliver the product on budget, while ensuring the highest quality standards.

General Responsibilities • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
