Key Responsibilities: Design, write, test, and optimize Assembler code for mainframe systems. Maintain and enhance legacy Assembler applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with teams to integrate Assembler components with COBOL/Java applications. Optimize system performance using tools like IBM RMF and OMEGAMON. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues using advanced debugging tools. Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions. Contribute to system modernization strategies and decisions.
