The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions for integrating and analyzing experimental data in a cloud environment.Key Responsibilities Design and develop data processing pipelines (ETL) in Python Integrate with MedCon/Riffyn platforms and other LIMS/ELN systems Build and maintain cloud environments on AWS Implement DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, security, automation) Collaborate with laboratory and data science teams to ensure data quality and consistency Participate in system architecture design and technical documentation Requirements Experience in programming with Python (API, ETL, testing) Knowledge of MedCon/Riffyn or similar platforms Practical experience with AWS Ability to work with DevSecOps tools (CI/CD, IaC, containers) Experience in designing solution architecture Understanding of laboratory data processing and metadata workflows Nice to Have Experience in the life sciences or biotech industry Familiarity with data analysis tools (pandas, numpy) AWS or DevOps certifications We Offer MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium E-learning platform
