This is a specialized role for an Application Support Developer who thrives on deep-dive debugging and mastering a robust, modern stack built on C#/.NET 6/8, PostgreSQL, Azure, and Kubernetes. You will utilize your coding skills to perform complex bug remediation and resolve issues that directly impact European regulatory compliance and commercial operations.Responsibilities Maintain robust application monitoring of critical services to safeguard commercial and regulatory reporting integrity. Drive proactive identification and diagnosis of system anomalies using established monitoring frameworks. Execute comprehensive bug review and remediation protocols for all issues impacting core system functionality. Generate and present bi-weekly reports detailing defect trends and resolutions for stakeholders. Manage the resolution pipeline for end-user-reported issues, ensuring prompt action upon bug confirmation. Focus exclusively on operational stability and maintenance; new feature development is outside the scope of this role. Contribute to potential, separately budgeted product enhancement projects, based on business needs and mutual agreement. Requirements Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Application Support (2nd/3rd line) or as a Software Developer supporting production systems. Demonstrable experience with system monitoring and proactive identification of issues using existing monitoring tools. Excellent analytical skills for bug review, root cause analysis, and producing clear, accurate reports. Strong proficiency with C# (specifically .NET 6 and .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core). Experience with data integration protocols: RESTful API and GraphQL. Solid experience with PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Hangfire or similar job schedulers. Working knowledge of React (including JSX) and TypeScript for troubleshooting frontend issues. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and deployment tools. Practical experience with monitoring tools (specific tools TBD, but general monitoring expertise is essential). Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)  Nice to have:Experience with or interest in utilizing AI coding/support tools (e.g.,GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity and diagnostics.
