Zakres obowiązków

  • Build and execute promotional campaigns across email, app, and push channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from briefing and creative coordination to QA and reporting.
  • Ensure targeting accuracy based on segmentation and purchase behavior.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows and testing scenarios.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of loyalty offers and customer promotions across multiple markets.
  • Partner with Commercial and Category teams to align offers with business priorities, category objectives, and seasonal strategies.
  • Translate commercial initiatives into personalized customer propositions within CRM channels (email, app, push, SMS).
  • Lead the Test & Learn agenda for CRM and loyalty - design test hypotheses, segmentation, control groups, and success metrics.
  • Consolidate campaign results and provide actionable insights to commercial and marketing leadership.
  • Track campaign efficiency (open rates, redemption, incremental sales, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure proper targeting logic and automation flow setup within CRM tools.
  • Maintain a clear overview of active and planned offers across markets to ensure governance and consistency.
  • Support data and analytics teams in enhancing CRM dashboards and reporting accuracy.

Wymagania

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM and customer marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, or loyalty-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (ideally Synerise).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
  • High attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
