Analytics Programme Manager – lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital analytics programmes, define requirements, plan and report, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage migrations, use Adobe Analytics. Requires 5+ years experience, strong digital analytics knowledge, Adobe familiarity, excellent communication. Remote, full‑time, 180‑200 PLN net/h (B2B).
Location: 100% remote workSalary: 180 – 200 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the digital analytics programmes, ensuring Adobe Analytics capabilities are effectively deployed, scaled, and adopted across the business.• Translate business goals into clear analytics requirements, ensuring tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks align to strategic outcomes.• Drive structured planning, status reporting, and governance to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project outcomes.• Manage digital analytics for complex migration journeys, ensuring accurate tracking is implemented and end-to-end reporting across domains is fully enabled.• Digital Analytics experience if possible, and ideally Adobe Analytics as they will be required to handle some conversations about the raw data.Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in managing analytics or digital programmes. • Strong knowledge of digital analytics, including tracking and measurement frameworks. • Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Our offer:• MultiSport Plus• Group insurance• Medicover Premium• e-learning platform
