Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Product/Production Management, Mathematics, Trade, or IT)., Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, including at least 4 years in a managerial role., Proven ability to lead highly technical teams and manage senior stakeholders (including peers and executive level)., Strong understanding of Planning & Allocation processes and systems., Solid leadership and project management capabilities, with strong business acumen., Confident decision-maker with a goal-oriented mindset and openness to change., Highly analytical, creative, and able to assess problems and propose effective solutions., Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with strong client orientation., Experience collaborating across multiple departments and driving cross-functional initiatives., Knowledge of planning tools (MFP, Assortment Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, Markdown)., Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced MS Excel., Fluency in English (preferably C1).
