Strong hands-on experience with Python, Proven background in AI / Data Science, Experience with LangChain or similar libraries for LLM integrations, Familiarity with LangGraph or comparable tools for workflow orchestration, Experience with LangFuse / LangSmith or other tools focused on observability and monitoring, Experience working with AWS services (e.g. Lambda, S3, ECS, SageMaker, or similar), Working knowledge of databases and backend technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, agent core frameworks), English — B2, MCP (Model Context Protocol): experience implementing or integrating models via MCP for secure access to external tools or data, Tool calling: understanding of how LLMs can execute external APIs or functions beyond text generation, A2A (Agent-to-Agent): familiarity with systems where multiple AI agents communicate and collaborate
