Translate business objectives into structured backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and product stakeholders. Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Oversee data pipelines, integrations, and transformations, with hands-on understanding of SQL, JSON, and Python. Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, best practices, and quality requirements. Prepare clear reporting, dashboards, and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Drive transparent communication and continuous improvement across projects. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project or delivery management roles. Proven track record of delivering data-driven, AI, or LLM-based initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira, Confluence). Practical experience working with data structures, queries, and validation (SQL, JSON, Python). Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. Fluent English and international working experience. Highly desirable: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Understanding of system architecture and core AI/ML concepts. Experience building delivery frameworks or operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments. Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar.
