Lead technical efforts within R&D project related to autonomous networks with usage of GenAI (LLM) and Agentic AI.2. Participation in strategic Orange projects with high expected impact on future network operations and automation initiatives.3. Implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) for AI based network automation processes/solutions (typically with cloud-native infrastructure for 5G networks).4. Contribution to technical decision-making processes and ensure technical excellence across the projects.5. Involvement in both Orange Poland and international projects which have significant impact on business.Our requirements1. A technical leader passionate about building a strong engineering culture based on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.2. Understanding of Agentic AI / LLMs and its applicability to network operations e.g. for cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).3. Knowledge in 5G/6G networks and understanding of challenges in transformation towards cloud-native networks.4. Experience in Network Automation, Python (or Golang), DevOps (Linux, bash, git, GitOps).5. Smooth communication in English.Nice to have: Hands-on experience in building AI Agents or Agentic systems using well-known tools/SDKs, e.g., LangChain, LangGraph. Knowledge of the Sylva project, which enables management of the Telco Cloud environments Understanding of Observability of cloud-native environments, correlated tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch), standards (i.e., Open Telemetry), as well as Retrieval-Augmented Generation concept.
