You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field., You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivables or a similar finance function, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment., Experience with process transitions and creating detailed documentation is advantageous., Familiarity with D365 is a plus., You possess a strong customer-centric mindset and are proactive with keen attention to detail., You're motivated, dedicated, and a team player who flourishes in a fast-paced, evolving start-up atmosphere., Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, and a B2 English., Willingness to travel as needed (to Germany).
