Several years of experience in banking accounting., Strong understanding of banking operations, products, accounting records, reporting, and regulatory requirements., Experience in accounting or core banking system implementations or major system changes., Hands-on, able to independently define solutions and share expertise., Comfortable working in a project-driven, dynamic environment., Acts as a true business partner, supporting Finance, IT, and project teams, not just executing tasks., Very good knowledge of the Polish Accounting Act (UoR) and IFRS/MSSF., Solid understanding of accounting for banking products, treasury, and financial and regulatory reporting., Fluent in English (spoken and written), enabling effective work in an international environment., Demonstrates a high level of ownership, responsibility, and confidence in decision-making.
