Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field., Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial sectors., Practical experience with SAP (FI or related modules) is mandatory., Good knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations., Fluency in Turkish, English, and Polish (written and spoken)., Strong attention to detail and accuracy., Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines., High level of responsibility and confidentiality., Experience in project-based or international company environments., Prior cooperation with shared service centers or external accounting firms., Familiarity with reporting requirements for foreign-capital companies operating in Poland.
