5-8 years of relevant experience and prior experience as an individual contributor, Proven accounting experience in a subsidiary of an international group with similar level of responsibility, Strong polish GAAP and IFRS knowledge and familiar with reporting under IFRS, Thrive in a busy environment with focus on meeting deadlines, Ability to work with new ERP and reporting systems, experience with excel, Good communication skills and an excellent team player, A good command of English and Polish, at minimum B2 level
