Our requirements

• Proven commercial experience with Node.js in production environments
• Solid knowledge of Nest.js and/or Express.js
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and software design principles
• Experience working in or closely with technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Architect, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and own solutions end-to-end
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Optional

• Hands-on experience with both Nest.js and Express.js
• Involvement in early-stage technical decision-making or greenfield projects
• Familiarity with clean code principles, scalability, and system performance

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions
• Contribute to system architecture and ensure high-performance applications
• Lead technical discussions and drive best practices
• Implement and maintain OpenAPI standards for seamless integrations
• Optimize application performance and follow security best practices
• Work with Express.js (or similar frameworks) and ORMs like Sequelize for efficient data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentor and lead other developers, fostering a strong engineering culture
