Our requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN/WAN/VPN)
• Good understanding of Active Directory or Azure AD
• Experience in MS365 administration
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server systems
• Good time management, independence, ease of learning
• Communication skills, ability to cooperate, analytical skills
• Proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum B1 level
• Good understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

Your responsibilities

• Providing IT/technical support for employees
• Contribute to a high level of internal IT customer service
• Monitor the progress of incidents and service requests
• Development and maintenance of knowledge base content
• Administration of on-premises servers (Windows/Linux)
• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other Microsoft cloud services
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft applications, servers, and infrastructure
