This program is ideal for IT beginners or individuals with a background in:

Economics, logistics, accounting, or business Some exposure to databases and SQL English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher

No prior SAP experience required, just motivation, curiosity and a desire to grow your career in tech.

Your responsibilities

Throughout the program, you’ll follow a structured, step-by-step path that grows your skills from the ground up:

Stage 1 (2 Weeks | ~15 hrs/week) – Foundation & Selection

Get familiar with SAP ERP systems and learn to navigate the platform Introduction to key SAP modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Material

Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD)

Self-paced learning + final test + interview to move forward

Stage 2 (2 Months | ~15 hrs/week) – Hands-On Learning

Deep dive into core business modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) Access in-depth self-study resources Attend 3 live webinars weekly with expert mentors Complete practical tasks and get personalized feedback

Stage 3 (Up to 4 Months | ~15 hrs/week) – Real Project Experience

Join the SAP Lab and apply your knowledge in simulated real-world scenarios Work on tasks aligned with actual business use cases Based on your performance, you may be considered for a role at EPAM, a global IT leader
