Our requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years strictly in the Product Management or similar role with a focus on digital technologies
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Communities)
  • Strong expertise in managing Jira to effectively track and deliver work
  • Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling for customer journeys
  • Background in agile methodologies (Scrum), including backlog management and sprint planning
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), comfortable working in multinational teams
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

Optional

  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Platform App Builder, etc.

Your responsibilities

  • Support business areas in creating and optimizing omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, etc.)
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog for the COE Campaign POD team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and priorities
  • Control the Sprint Burndown and ensure that stories are being delivered after sprint opening
  • Translate features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure sprint goals are met
  • Coordinate delivery and validate readiness of features for deployment
  • Manage technical debt reduction initiatives and contribute to platform integrity and security
  • Drive adoption of tools by ensuring proper training and documentation is in place
  • Manage data integration/ingestion in alignment with global architecture to reduce duplication and increase adoption
  • Collaborate with other product owners and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and timelines
  • Track and report KPIs, risks, issues, decisions, and changes in scope related to product delivery
  • Support global and local marketing teams by providing guidance on platform capabilities, metrics interpretation, and best practices
