Our requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, computer science, engineering or mathematics (or student of last year)
• Languages: English (advanced), knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP or Ariba is beneficial.
• Experience in a Procurement Department is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of Business Process Mapping
• Good analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Experience with analytics and statistics
• Experience in advanced Excel (ideally Excel VBA) for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation
• Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
• Capable of making presentations
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’

Your responsibilities

• Generation of periodic procurement and supplier performance reports with accuracy to identify and process data sources
• Designing and creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports from data extracts
• Exporting and integrating data from a variety of sources, including SIEVO, SAP, BI, and Ariba
• Preparation and distribution of documentation, data processes, analyses, models, manuals, and procedures for internal and external use
• Development of queries to extract data on department needs
• Provide analytical assistance on category strategies and sourcing projects
• Provide system support/trainings for procurement users (reporting & tools)
