Our requirements

• University degree,
• 3+ years of experience in payroll operations and payroll processing,
• SAP testing experience,
• Proven experience in delivering SAP implementation or upgrade projects,
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
• Proficiency in defect lifecycle management and risk-based testing,
• Excellent communication skills to manage offshore/onshore testers or vendors,
• Proactive and empathetic communication with strong interpersonal skills, adaptable in diverse environments.

Optional

• Previous experience in test lead roles, UAT coordination and in technical aspects of Payroll Operations,
• Familiarity with Workday.

Your responsibilities

• Play a vital role in SAP system change management, troubleshooting, and optimization,
• Manage the capacity of the SAP Leads team and act as the first focal point for escalations,
• Manage the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off,
• Prioritize defects and ensure their resolution before go-live or payroll cycles,
• Engage with business stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams for UAT scenario validation,
• Support accurate and timely payroll processing using SAP systems,
• Train and guide business users during UAT phases,
• Present UAT progress, issues, and readiness to project sponsors and steering committees.
