• Experience in a similar position
• Technical education (welcome in the IT area)
• English language - communicative (min. B1)
• Technical knowledge or interest in hardware topics
• Ability to manage time, independent work planning
• Ability to take actions and decisions
• Ability to work in direct contact with an internal client

Your responsibilities

• Resolution of user reports that require direct intervention and are not resolving by remote groups
• User equipment management, conducting regular replacements after the end of the leasing period
• Hardware order management
• Issuing and preparing equipment for new employees during the first day of work
• Pickup of returned equipment from employees leaving the company
• Participation in migration and implementation projects related to production plants
• Responsibility for local processes that deviate from global standards
• Participation in projects concerning both single locations and global system implementations
