Our requirements

• Knowledge of:
• Linux/AIX/Windows OS
• Scripting shell bash/ksh, Ansible
• Orchestration/schedulling (CTRLM, etc…)
• Supervision (Dynatrace, etc…)
• Middleware (Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Weblo, SSIE)
• Oracle , PostGRE
• Containerisation

Your responsibilities

• Ensures monitoring of applications
• Handles incidents tickets L2/ L3
• Handles requests and changes
• Updates operational documentation(DEX)
• Ensures / handles on calls
• Responds in working hours and non-working hours
• In addition to the above activities, the Production Engineer:
• Participates in the Run activities for a scope of critical applications
• May communicate directly with stakeholders
• Has in-depth knowledge of application architectures
