Our requirements

  • Business-level fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, demonstrating a strong educational foundation
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales/sales development/contact center role, with a proven ability to generate and qualify leads
  • Problem-solver attitude - you enjoy figuring things out, overcoming obstacles, and thinking one step ahead.
  • Committed and goal-oriented - you care about results and are motivated to make an impact every single day
  • Be proficient in using Salesforce to manage and maintain accurate lead information efficiently
  • Open to a hybrid working model 2-3 times/week in the Wrocław office
  • Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads - in both English and Spanish - to assess their fit for our Client’s products and services, then schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from English-speaking and Spanish-speaking prospects across multiple channels (cold calls, email, and other communication channels) to initiate conversations, then book appointments with qualified leads for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in Salesforce
  • Conduct in-depth research on target companies and industries to understand their challenges, pain points, and market trends (outbound-related activities)
