Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer (primary frontend, but should now be blocked if there is backend scope - backend for frontend), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications
• Proficient in frontend technologies (e.g. React, Typescript, Next.JS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTML)
• Familiarity Azure or other cloud services
• API design and development
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a mindset geared towards continuous learning and growth
• Strong individual contributor with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Continuous drive for improvement and innovation

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative frontend and backend solutions that enhance the functionality and user experience of our AI assistant platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to define and implement feature specifications
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and API integration while maintaining high standards of software quality and responsiveness
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our platform
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of best practices within the engineering team
