Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in implementing and managing machine learning models in a production environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure development tools
• Knowledge of observability stacks, such as the GrafanaLab stack, ELK, or Datadog
• Understanding of Machine Learning and especially Large Language Models, their working, and deployment in different cloud platforms
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies and CI/CD tools
• Hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration with other teams
• Excellent communication skills, both Polish and English
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Contributing to the design and maintenance of the MLOps solutions and infrastructure, according to the architectural best practices
• Supporting the team in documenting system architecture and configurations
• Conducting Proofs of Concept for new technologies and evaluating technical solutions for recommendations
• Designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for deploying and monitoring ML models
• Automating the provisioning and management of ML environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Working with Data Analysts and Engineers to deploy ML models to production
• Ensuring seamless integration of ML models with existing applications and systems
• Deploying scalable and efficient infrastructure to support real-time and batch prediction
